Counselor

Counselors are at the frontlines of daily activities. They generally oversee most of the day to day aspects of the camp. A counselor or team of two counselors are responsible for a group of around twenty similarly aged campers. We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and passionate Counselors to lead campers in daily activities. Counselors interact extensively, cooperatively, and creatively with each other, CITs, and other camp staff to hone their teaching, leading, and communication skills.

Counselors are at least 18 years of age and entering college at the time of their first counselor position and have usually spent at least one successful year in the CIT program.
